EFTPOS, CASH OR BANK TRANSFER IS AVAILABLE. IF YOU WISH TO BANK TRANSFER IT WILL NEED TO BE DONE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH PROOF.
Please give at least 12 HOURS notice via text message if you cannot make it to your appointment. No shows will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
An infill requires at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If you have less than 40%, you will be required to pay the full set price and your appointment may be cancelled.

Lash extensions are considered a luxury service and can take anywhere from 1 & 1/2 - 2 hours for a good quality full set so please keep that in mind when booking. I do a mini consultation at the start of all appointments to insure we can achieve your desired lash goal!
I do not offer refunds, if you have a problem with your lashes please get in touch with me as soon as possible. In the instance you have a reaction please get in touch and we will do a removal free of charge.
All sets done at The Lash Studio are covered for the first week, if you have a large amount of fallout in the first week I will touch them up for free!! ( Please note if you do come in wanting a touch up and you have damaged your lashes yourself you will be charged at infill price $40 )
No parking is available so please keep that in mind and allow extra time to find a park. Please read the policies upon booking located on my instagram.
